Merced College Applicants Fall 2019 Spring 2020

Hi everyone :) just noticed that they posted the day they are accepting applications on Merced's website! Who's applying? This will be my second try!

No I haven't applied to any other programs yet but I plan on applying to Fresno and Merced this next year. I'm gonna work on retaking my TEAS and graduate with my bachelors degree next semester so I can have more points on my application for Delta & MJC for the following year.

So I have all my prerequisites done, I completed them all at mjc but then I was told that merced required child development. I am now taking child development but now I heard from someone else that merced does not even require that class! Does someone know if its required or not?

I don't think child development is a pre req. I applied to Merced last year and never took that class! They never said anything about it to me

Oh bummer! Just took that class! Oh well..... anyone know what was the cutoff on the points for Colombia collage?

Hi all. This will be my first time applying to Merced College's nursing program, as I'm finishing up my last prereqs this semester. I am so excited and anxious to apply! I have heard good things about this program from my sister who is graduating from the program this coming Monday!!! Fingers crossed I get in so I can use her textbooks and notes... ha ha!

Did anyone catch they changed the application date from March to February and there is only ONE day to apply? My sister said she when she applied she had a three day window.

Yes I noticed there is only one day to apply! Hopefully they get less applications lol, we will have a higher chance on getting accepted. I am very nervous for the teas test! Since I am applying to other programs that accept students based on points, I really need to score high!
