I am a current LVN to RN transition student in East Texas and am looking into this residency, expected graduation is December 2017. I just wanted to know if you are expected to have graduated at the time of application submission, and I read about advertising on their Facebook page, is this the only way to know when the application point is open? and answer would be appreciated, Thank you
