  1. The program is great, you learn a lot. It is very rigorous though so be prepared to spend most of your free time studying. I have made many friends and enjoyed this experience.
  2. Just some advice from a current summer 2017 grad.... don't apply in the summer if you absolutely can. nurse residency programs and hiring seasons in general do not coincide with the graduation date of august. only 5 or 6 people have gotten jobs so far from our class. spring and fall is a much better time to graduate as there will be plenty of jobs. spring is the best. good luck to everyone. I just wish someone would have told me this when I started.

  7. Still no one I know who interviewed for the burns unit (I know about four) has heard back.
