Hey everyone! Just wanted to start a thread for applicants for the fall 2017 cohort applicants!
Any advice as far as what to expect? aside wear professional dress, have copies of your resume/recommendation letters? I'm really hoping to hear something soon. I just applied last Saturday....im worried bc I only have my ADN but I was a LVN transition student. Hoping to stand a chance with the BSNs

So I didn't go to Pre-Match Day but I do believe that they take resumes. For Match Day, the interviews are in a group format (not individual). You were able to choose only one unit you wanted to interview for and then had to wait for a couple hours in an auditorium (I had to wait until 2:00 for my interview). They then called you up along with two other interviewees. You are brought to a panel from that unit that interviews you. They asked us four questions and they rotated which person they asked first. I did not like this style at all and it was hard for me to relax. The one question that stumped me was "How do you define success?" Right after the interview they pull you aside and let you know if they wanted you to continue the process or not. The positive for me that day was that they pay for your lunch .

I heard it's a way to meet all the managers for each unit so they know who you are and you know more about them before match day
