If anyone is interested in Memorial Hermann, their Nurse Internships are up. Areas include OR, ER, ICU, Women's Services, and Med Surge.

Tch hr said keep looking for it between now and the end if April.

I just endorsed my license to Texas from Cali and have applied with MH. Not quite sure I qualify as a GN because I have worked for 6 months in a LTC, but it's worth a shot. I finally received my temp license and not sure if that will get my foot in the door. I too have my fingers crossed and hope it's not too long. :) I am ready to move back to Houston already. I haven't heard of anyone getting a phone call for an interview yet. I will definitely post here if I or any of my classmates receive an interview.

I received a call today!!! So excited and they seemed like they didn't mind that I am in Cali, they were quite accomodating. I am preparing for two interviews this week. Wish me luck!! :yeah:

Congratulations Makani. Which units at which facilities did you apply to? I'm hoping for a call in the next couple of days.

All of them, lol. I think this interview is for southwest on the med/surg unit. I applied to over 200 jobs in like 2 weeks. I only got a few rejections then I got two calls today. :eek: But I am so excited to interview. Good luck to you!
