I just finished patho at Rio. Got an A barely. It is really not that bad. They give you a test plan for each of the 3 tests. You have to provide answers to all the questions on the testplan for assignments. They also have a test review for each test that is a video you watch online that goes thru all the answers to the testplan. I just watched that video over and over and memorized the testplan. The test questions come directly from that material. There are no suprises.
Just went thru my list of required books and compared to the list of ISBN's you guys sent me. Looks like my program is only using about 5 of those books. Using totally different books for NUR167 and NUR169. Guess different schools are using different books. Helps to have the ISBN's for the five I do need so thanks again Mary and Keli.
Do you think Barnes and Noble is better than Amazon or some of the other websites I've seen that offer discount textbooks?
Mary thanks so much! This will really help. Starting in the spring in the SCC/PVCC Scottsdale Healthcare accelerated program. Have a book list, hopefully most of the programs are using the same books. Thanks again.
I would be sooooo forever grateful if any of you guys would also email me those ISBN numbers.
Congratulations to all. I start in January in the Scottsdale/PVCC Scottsdale Healthcare accelerated program. Excited but scared because it is so fast paced. Anyone else in that program?
I got into the Scottsdale/Paradise valley partnership accelarated program. I can't believe it! So sorry to hear that some of you guys didn't get in this time. I've had my application in since March so I guess thats why I got it.
Anyone out there taking patho at Rio right now? First exam coming up and the amount of info is overwhelming. Just wondering if anyone has any advise on how to study for this class.
