   I did the fitz CD's for review (that was my bible). She is great for clinical review, but honestly I do not think there any superior reviews that will prepare you for all the other crap that is on that exam. Topics are very broad, so much psycho-soc...

   Best of luck! Took my ANCC FNP today and passed. Totally know the feeling of anxiety you are going thru! Take a deep breathe and it will be over before you know it.
