   I second what purplechicxiii said. I used all of those and was successful. I might also add NCSBN study questions. They are difficult but will prepare you for the hardest questions.

   ATI is not a good predictor. At all. Like someone posted it gives a false sense of security. ATI was much easier than the NCLEX in my opinion. Even if you think you did well, you should put those scores aside and still study hard. Its a serious test....

   Yes the Kaplan questions were very similar. Even the screen looked like the one on the NCLEX. Kaplan may even be a little harder than the NCLEX. I would do as much of it as I could just to get a feel for the exam.
