   to my knowledge mid-manhattan isnt full yet b/c most people want to go to brooklyn. if its possible i would love to switch. if u want to go to manhattan try to do so asap b/c the deadline to register was 8/10 and now theyre starting to take wait list...

   since the money we pay is considered "fees" and not "tuition" you cannot get any type of financial aid or student loans to pay for it. if you want to take out a loan you would have to just take out a personal loan from a bank and make all arrangement...

   books will be given on the first day of class. dont know if u have to bring them everyday. no info has been given about clinicals yet. i believe it will be affected by how well you do and how many people remain in the program.

   I don't know about the books but the program coordinator told me that we can wear any closed shoe during regular classes but we have to wear nursing shoes during clinicals

   i got an email from her today. she said all the seats for goldwater are filled but i'm on the waiting list and if a spot opens up i'll be contacted by hhc. i would luv to get the scholarship but i'm happy just getting into the program.

   i was told by dr. **** that u get accepted into the general program 1st, u may not know if u get the scholarship until mid august so you should register by the deadline to hold your spot. if u find out that u get the scholarship after u pay the $1500...
