I am getting burned out... and I think it's just dialysis. I thought it was my management role, but now that I'm not in management anymore I think it's dialysis. I love it, don't get me wrong.... I'm just bored with it and kinda burnt.... Advic...
Is Dialysis nursing good for a brand new RN

Yes! I became a dialysis nurse right out of Nursing school. I ended up loving it, left for a few years to work peds in a hospital and the ER... for the "hospital experience" I thought I needed for myself, now I'm going back to dialysis.

I am a dialysis nurse with Fresenius.... the online assessment is primarily used to generate interview questions. That is what my clinic manager told me.
