    Thank you for your reply. I was under the impression that this was being done on the west coast and used a blend of oxygen and medical air. For our purposes we are looking at ground transports less than 30 minutes in most cases.

  13. What is wrong with sublingual epinephrine?

    In the situation when anaphylaxis is present, I generally would give im epi and iv Benadryl, steroids and Pepcid. The oral/ sublingual method may be less reliable and speed of action my be lessened.
