   I'm in Winchester, TN. One hospital I worked at as a full-time PRN 15.50 no benefits. One LTC 14 and another 20 for PRN. It seems the pay is close everywhere.

   Check with your facilities protocols. Usually you assess the pt yourself. Always check the BP and glucose 1st thing. Tell a CNA to bring the DON or ADON.
