   We were actually looking at Beaverton because it's close to the school for my daughter. Is public transit easy to navigate there? I would LOVE for us to be able to get down to 1 car. Lori

   Thank you for the info. We are looking forward to nice summers, Arkansas has been like living on the face of the sun. Do you think that I would have better luck if I only need about 3o-32 hours a week? Lori
