   Myoglobin is handy in an ER setting, if it is negative for at least 4 hours it can totally rule out MI but other injuries may be occuring.

   I just passed the CCRN last week. I reviewed the questions with PassCCRN review book and I used another review book with just questions. Looking at the rationales and practicing answering questions helped me the most.

   I know several nurses who do not like their own blood being drawn but are okay sticking patients. Don't get discouraged.
