You should be okay as long as there was no injury or car accident or a BAC higher than .2
Any restrictions on your license ?
I have two friends that work in Kaiser therefore they know many nurses in their hospital one of them caught a dui while working there he still works but just has to follow the brn probation stuff they require for 2 years but Kaiser doesn't require anything, another person he knows has a wet reckless with no rn license discipline and got hired with no restrictions at all in critical care
Update ended up with a citation thanks
I would go with everything and see what the board says
And yea the others who weren't in that category ended up w probation it's available online LVN discipline c ....RN doesn't have that available tho
Sent info the the board, currently waiting their reponse, how long does it usually take to hear back? I noticed all LVN w DUI no accidents and BAC level less than double they all got fines ...
Update I ended up with a wet reckless
Depending on what the breath result was
Thanks for your reply is you don't mind me asking what was your BAC ? Thanks yes will get lawyer
It seems like the accusations vary in the actual dui case....was it aggregated? Car accident speeding etc .
What was the reason for the discipline?
From i been reading a lot of will be determined by bac level anything above .15 can and most likely will be accused
hello all, i am saddened to create this thread but wanted more insights on first dui i got a 0.14, wondering what the whole process is like and who has gone through it thanks
