   should nurses be given by their employers mental health days to recooperate when stressed and emotionally and physically exhausted, in addition to their sick days? Possibly a couple a year?

   I would like to know if anyone has noticed any improvements with patients when they are placed on geodone or abilify. The majority of patients I have seen become worse or show no marked improvement in their conditions.

   Iam a registered nurse working on an inpatient psychiatric unit. I need to know if there is anyone who has implemented a DBT program into their inpatient programming. How? Has it worked or been beneficial?
