    Great job on your tests! And on the coke test. I gave up soda last week. I only had one since and drank about half of it and it just tasted too sweet after not having a few days.

    I lost 3 pounds last week! I don't feel a difference yet but it felt good to see the scale go down. I will work harder on my diet this week and hopefully do it again. Congratulations to everyone! Keep up the good work.
