   Hi my name is Martha and I have been an aide for almost 7 years now. I love working as an STNA but since moving to Cincinnati,Oh have benn unable to find work.

   In my 6 tears as an aide, I've seen alot of things but never an autopsy. Being squeamish at first is normal but believe me you will get use to the things you will see and smell.

   The showering isn't that bad depending on the resident you are showering..I've had some residents that no matter how hard you tried you got soaked..I always wear crocs they are in my opinion the best!! As for the smells, you will get used to it. If y...
