   I work in a nice little rural hospital. Gastric bypass pts are our "major" surgery, which we take up to ICU to recover. Most surgeries are TVH's, lap's, and endo's. We have a 1:1 ratio, except with ped's which we have a 2 nurse to 1 pediatric ratio...
