   My God I hope that none of these nurse are my friends. I would be so angry with them. We as vent subacute nurse use alot of tubes and I don't know how they could get them all mixed up.If you don't know what you are doing ASK!

   Your situation sounds like many other nursing homes, do 1 or 2 things either buddy up with another nurse ( a friend) that can help you with some of your extra work on the floor, or leave. It is not the only place to work
