Normally I would say to get some experience in the acute care setting first, however, since you already have experience in that field, you shouldn't have any trouble getting hired if you were to apply directly to plastic surgery offices.
Hi guys, I'm attending a New Grad RN open house this weekend and I was wondering if any of you have had experience with these type of interviews. It's my understanding that you just kinda interview with all the different unit managers from which are hiring. Also, I'm horrible at interviews, mostly because I get so nervous. Any tips on the type of questions they might ask? Also, if you have any tips on the type of answers NOT to give I would so appreciate any help you can give me. I'm having such a hard time finding a job and I'm hoping this will be it!
