I don't remember quite well if it's a law to stop and render assistance but i do know that if you do help someone at the scene of an accident you are cover by the good samaritan law.

we were taught by a clinical instructor that after you make ur nursing diagnosis, if your basing it on the patient medical diagnosis, then you can use the definition of the medical diagnosis as your "related to".

normally i would advise any to just go straight for there RN, but seeing that it's very competitive to get in RN school now and your GPA is questionable? i would say LPN is the best route to go now then do a LPN-RN bridge program, plenty of them out ...
