Need help with finding placement

Hello I am a Bulgarian nurse. I have got a TEXAS NURSING LICENSE. I have got CGFNS/ICHP certificate. I can`t find Nursing agency to help me to sign a contact with Texas hospital and procede a green card for me. Can somebody advice me how to do it?
