   What are really good nursing shoes to get? I bought a pair of Dr. Scholls from WalMart. They keep my feet up pretty good but after awhile.. my heels are killing me!!! Any advice on what shoes are great.. I'd appreciate it!! :wink2:

   Tomarrow I start my FIRST job.. as a GPN on a LTC floor. I am getting a months orientation.. so the nursing director says. I sure hope so because all I learned in PN school was how to take a BP and pass meds. :uhoh21:
