went into nursing as a second career,graduated at 42 year old,retired at 57 with disability,currently mentoring my RN children....nursing is a stressful career and hope to be there for them with their struggles as the nursing shortage increases.

    My heart goes out to you.....nurses are so rushed and stressed that it is difficult to be mistake free......even really good caring nurses.....there does need to be more support......nurses don't support each other enough......especially the new nurs...
