   But what if I have already done a live scan of my fingerprints via FBI database myself at a vendor that works with the BON in the state and nothing shows up on that?

   Further info; never had a problem getting a job in high end luxury retail after having employers running background checks nor had a problem getting into nursing school/ clinical rotations with my background checks.
