   Avant told me that they got a RFE in july this year. But the only replied on September 7. The RFE was something about my relationship with the company. But when i check my case i saw i was denied. email them but no answer yet

   Thank you for your input. Agreeed with all what was said. However after they filed my petion for EB3 visa afer a RFE i was denied. I git my receipt number from a document the sent me to fill in to respond to RFE. I saw my case status but they have no...
