   Yes they're gonna ask for the academic calendar and copy of clinical cases. You can still probably get a copy from PRC coz it's only been 3 years since you graduated.

   I've been expecting my license this week since someone here paid on Aug 3rd and got his license number last week. I called them last monday and they told me they're still working on Aug 1st applications. Goodluck to us! Hope we'll get ours asap.

    Not that I know of. I thought they base it on what date you pay. If that's how they base it, then that would be really unfair. I live in the OC area and it will be 6 weeks for me since I paid the license fee online. Still pending on my breeze account...
