   Gotta love autocorrect, haha! Thanks, Medic2RN33. Thanks for the tip. I tend to do okay with noc shift. It's mostly my evening shifts I don't exactly know how to handle.

   I am just starting out as a nurse and when I get off evening or not shift all I want is a bowel of cereal, haha. My choices could be worse but I'm hoping to maintain my bodyou and healthy choices. What are your tips for eating when you get off nights...
