   You all are missing the point here. We have all felt jilted by hospital mgnt. If anything, this post wasn't for anyone to gang up against a fellow nightingale but to allow venting of what was felt as a slight from management. I'm done.

   I've called the Licensing and Regulating Body in my State before. I'm not sure if that's an option where you are or perhaps if its something the Union at your place of employment can look into.
