   Hi Everyone, I got on the Nurse Corps website today and my status has changed from under final review to under review. They said it could be a glitch and has happened to others this year. Has this happened to anyone and if so, then why?

   I changed the jpeg to a pdf but I looked and it did not say that it had to be a pdf so I don't see why you can't use a jpeg. They just want to be able to read it and download it into your file and they can convert it if need be.

    The whole page? After the personal allowance worksheet it says separate here and give form W-4 to your employer. Sorry, I am just nervous about messing any of this up. So, did you cut the certificate and scan it in that way?
