   I'm going to make this short.... I got an offer for a Children's Hospital temporary to permanent making $27/hr, but with no benefits for at least 6 months. I also got an offer at the busiest ER in my state making less at $24.50/hr, but WITH benefits...

   I agree i think im going to go with the ER. It fits my long terms goals. And that point i could specialize in Peds anesthetics.

   Im assuming it's easier because they have a critical unit within the ER until flight for life comes. And yes, i could possibly transfer into a PICU at Children's, but a opening isn't as guaranteed as readily as the company that has multiple hospitals...

    I've been looking, and have heard pretty good things about WGU, but nothing regarding their grading ex.if GPA goes higher than 3.0 since it's pass or fail and a pass is equivalent to a B.
