Hi there,
I just got my approval from AHPRA and I'm rooting for Burwood in NSW for my BP. Can anyone share their experience in applying for CON-NSW?
I got an email from them days ago telling me they couldn't assure me of any slots as they are receiving an overwhelming number of applications. The mail doesn't even say how to appluy, she just gave me the qualifications and that was it.
How about Victoria? I don't really have much options because I only have well over a year of hospital experience.

Just to tell ya i've applied in june but until now there's no reply from them yet so i decided to enrol at ihna instead. IHNA's processing is 10x faster compared to all other schools based on my experience

thanks mark but I don't think I would be qualified for IHNA, their minimum requirement for hospital experience is 2 years.Have you applied for any other schools yet? Have they given you any offers of place yet?
Thanks.
I got accepted at IHNA already so i did not look for any other school anymore

Hi danceinstructor. Have you already paid the tuition fee? And do you know anyone else going to LTU for the January 2013 but have backed out?
Yes, I have already paid the tuition fee in full amount. I am not sure if someone will decline an offer from La Trobe University, there are many students who are wishful enough just to be in that school.
Are you for LTU also?
Hello, everyone! I am just new in this page and am very willing to continue my nursing career in Australia. I am just beginning my research in the AHPRA website. I have experienced working in a hospital and administering advanced nursing training programs. I am already good to go with my IELTS Academic scores, also already licensed in the Philippines and in the US (if that counts for some reason).
I am still weeding my way through the process and was advised it's all right to process it by myself. Which form is the right one for me to fill out in AHPRA, is it AGOS-40? Thank you so much, fellow nurses.
Love and light!
