ACN still require AFP(Australian Federal Police Check) check, you can do it online. But you need to have an Australian address to post your AFP result, if you have a friend in Aussie it will do.

Hi. I have a question, when you received the refusal did you send an email to AHPRA that you accepted their proposal to refuse?

I received an email from AHPRA:

1. In the email, she said I need to email my RO if I accept their proposal then they will refund the registration fee.

2. In the attachment letter of refusal, it says I am invited to make a submission, if not- they will resolve this issue.

Sorry, I got confused whether I still need to send an email confirming that I accept their refusal and endorsement for BP.

In my own case, the NMBA decided on my application on 7 September 2017, and then invited me to make a submission by October 15 2017. I have submitted the submission and was informed that it has been received. The supporting documents therein undergoing assessment. However, I was given an extension till January 31 2018, for the board to make their final decision.

Hi everyone, I just want to ask in AGOS 40,

no.4---choose proof of identity to submit? What should be marked in the choices? I have a copy of my passport to be submitted but in the choices of documents there is only overseas passport with aus visa.

no.12--- most recent registration, I've only been registered in the philippines ever since 2010 and after renewal my license is valid until 2020. Should I answer 2010-2020?

Hello there! Did you ever get the answer to this? I'm currently answering the AGOS-40 and I'm confused as to what to choose. The only options I have are the Philippine counterparts of the "Australian" Birth certificate and Passport. I can't see any option for me to submit FOREIGN proof of identity.

Hello! Hope everyone is having a good start to the new year! :)

I'm filling up the AGOS-40 but I'm having trouble with the PROOF OF IDENTITY portion. I have my Philippine Birth certificate, Passport, and PRC license but the only boxes to mark have "Australian" in them. I'm now confused as to what boxes to mark as I clearly do not have an Australian birth cert and passport. Please enlighten me on this. Thank you and God bless! :)
