I think you are referring to Akrapovic's posts. He successfully got his LOE without submitting any documents related to criterion 2 and 3.

By the way, I also lodged my application last Oct. 5 without complying criterion 2 and 3. I hope it will turn out well.

As per experience, i passed every detail like crazy and got my LOE after 10 days, submitted Sept.27'16, LOE received October 6'16í ½í¸€...

Yeah that's right if you submitted all the complete documents they will assess your documents right then.

Good day! Anyone here sent their AGOS-40 and CTC documents to AHPRA SYDNEY, NSW? Do you have any idea how long it takes for them to issue a LOE? Thank you. I've just sent mine last October 5, 2016 and as per DHL tracking it has been received on October 7,2016 :)

No I haven't received any email from them confirming that they received my application. But I already emailed AHPRA now. Will wait for their reply. Are you also from the Philippines?

I think maybe because October 7 is friday here. So maybe they will start receiving now because Oct 8 and 9 are weekdays. hahaaha

i sent my application thru sydney nsw and got a reply 10 days after the acknowledgement... cheers!
