im on the process of selecting a school for the bridging program. I have recently received my referral letter from APHRA. Can anyone shed some light regarding the Australian Federal Police Check?

Does it have to be complied at once or upon arrival in Australia? Im quite running out of time as im aiming for the September intake at Sydney.

if your going for ACN then they will need the AFP for enrolment, so you need to do this, this is very fast anyway, 1-3days, you can have it directly forward to acn and acn will give you the original copy once you started your BP.

I'm having trouble with my proof of identity requirements. Currently I'm here in Brisbane under student visa. I've been here for 9 months already. I'm having difficulty identifying what documents to provide because there's a condition that :

" If arrived in Australia within the previous 6 weeks:o original foreign passport or travel document with current Australian visa and proof of dateof arrival (e.g. entry stamp); pluso evidence of their current residential address, an original signed statement from aprospective employer/sponsor verifying the identity of the applicant OR an original offer ofemployment.

If arrived in Australia more than 6 weeks prior to attendance — evidence that meets the requirementsin Categories A, B, C and D."

also, do you provide 1 document in every category (A,B,C,D)?

please help me especially those like me who is under student visa. Thanks. =D

Hi. I don't know, really. The main reason I chose this school is because they only have 2weeks for theory and the rest is for clinical placement. I'll know it for myself this coming October.

Im now just waiting for ACN to give me an offer letter, then I can do the visa and medicals. Im quite getting antsy as theres only a month left until my target intake will commence. I hope i can push through with the other requirements with such short notice. Thanks again!! God bless! í ½í¸Š

MCIE do the IRON with Wimmera Health Care hospital so placements are good because they are in teh Wimmera hospital. Plus they have a good accommodation option.
