I would start processing with them and as soon as you secure an offer or any documentation that can serve as proof that you are sure to study with them, I'd apply for a visa.

Hi ana0927!
After receiving your LOE,
You should find a school that suits your budget and time.
Check the site below and choose which school you would like to attend to. Take note, these are the only board approved schools and don't resort to another because if the school you choose is not approved, your bridging program will not be valid.
Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency - Approved Programs of Study
Check their websites, look for the requirements and submit it through e-mail of whichever they instruct you. Wait for their offer letter and pay your tuition fees.
While waiting, complete your immunizations or vaccinations. They need proof that it was given to you or you have the immunity so you can present a Medical Certificate or Serology.
Hepatitis B, MMR, DPT, Varicella (Chickenpox), Influenza, Tuberculosis (BCG, PPD or Quantiferon Assay) Check your baby book too so you can have a basis.
Prepare the requirements for the visa application. You can download it here:

Send all your documents to VFSglobal
I hope this somehow help you :)
Hi Ba5ty! Did you have to go to the embassy (despite applying online) to get some referral for the medical exam for the visa? Was there a specific clinic/hospital to get the exams? To which clinic did you go to in Cebu, and do you really need to set an appointment?
Sorry for all these questions. I just want to prepare everything so that I'd know what to do next once I get an offer letter.:)
