Hi, can someone help me with the visa form... I am currently not working so what should I write in the current occupation? Should I write unemployed? And that would mean I need to skip the employment details right?
And then question #17 is it okay to communicate by fax or email? Yes or no?
#18 describe ur intended principal business activity in australia.... should I write the program name?
#22 do you or any other person included in this application intend to work as or study to be a doctor, dentist, nurse or paramedic during ur stay in australia... the answer is yes right? what should I put in give details?
I would really appreciate your help guys... thank you...
and one more thing, do I need to include the passport of my son and partner even if they are not going to travel with me? Or do I need to attach their birth certificates and other documents? Thank you!!!!
HELLO EVERYONE
Can anybody help me with my case. I have LOE that expires last February 7,2013. I went to Melbourne to appear to APHRA office as their pre requisite to have my registration. The staff in the front desk ask me for my LOE,British Passport,ETA and Australia Bank Details. She did get them all and have them photocopied. During my stay in Australia for 8 days,Icouldnot open my yahoo email as it has been blocked. Even my friend could not open it in her own home laptop,Melbourne Library or any other computers where I triend to open them. I came back to UK and yesterday, I was able to open it and read an email from APHRA dated February 1,two days I appeared in the office, that I still needed another requirement which is a driver's license. I called my own assessor if in what way I can submit it. To my surprise she said to me,I need to go there personally to appear again to give that driver's license again. I said that could not be possible at the moment since I have a 13 month old baby and i have use all my annual leave. Besides I did appear there and I have ask your staff to confirm if that is all i needed to submit and she said yes. i could not believe I spent £1,500 to go to Melbourne to appear in the office for about 5-10 mins for identity check and now they want me back to do it again. and here's the worst part, since my LOE expires already on Feb 7,2013. I need to do the application all over again.... I have ask some of my firends who went there who did the same and they have just submitted the same reqt as mine, but they were not require to have another ID like driver's license. And to think,it was the same assessor as mine. I have spent my energy, time and money complying with the registration requirement(10 months to be exact) and spent big money again to appear personally in Melbourne and just because of this drivers license all my effort will be all gone?Is there a possibility that I can complaint about this? Please help,Im desperate. thank you

I think it would really be about if you have enough funds since you wont be able to get a visa without the certificate of enrollment. It took them a day after receiving my documents to schedule me for interview on a saturday then by tuesday i got my letter of offer for a slot on the April to July intake. then you will only have 7 days to pay 50% of the tuition fee to get the certificate of enrollment which you can use to apply for visa.
