I have started a thread in the Immigration for Immigration requirements for Australia/New Zealand
for those doing the BP in IHNA melbourne renting out rooms, how do you usually go about the payments? is it safe to pay for a bond of about 250AUD prior to leaving the country? how do we know this will be binding and safe? any tips?how about those who went for homestays? i'm also considering it since the pay includes breakfast and dinner meals already for about 250/wk, but im thinking i might be able to save more if i just do everything on my own. what do you guys think? hope you can share experiences from anyone you know, thanks in advance!

I've been reading that it is not safe to make payments until you're actually in Australia and have seen for yourself the place you are going to rent. Just sharing what I know...

is your offer letter stated for Jan 9, 2013 a conditional letter of offer? did you book you flyt already? did you maximize the 90 days allotted time by the immmigration? when did you book you flyt? coz etea is 87 days duration for the intake. also, did you book for a return as well, i heard that it is a requirement to have back and forth plane ticket. I am calling you in your number? but it;s not working. do you have any contact numbers? please send it to me.. much easier for contact
