I observed in one 2 weeks ago. The RN was responsible for assessments, passing meds, tube feeds, foley care, suction, vitals (1x month), weight (1x month). She was not able to care for clients on vents (I think this was per the faciltiy policy). She had tons and tons of paper work. She said she really liked her job. She had done home health for years and liked that she was pretty much doing the same job w/out all the driving!

Did a similar programme as the above posters. But all of the ADL things were done by NA's, LPN's perform foot care, wound care, med adjustments, diabetes management. Had an onsite NP who handled the rest.
