med profiles

The agency I am working for has horrible, horrible old outdated med profiles. I am calling around getting samples of some forms for purchase. I called Briggs, not wild about theirs, and Health Care Concepts for which I really like but they are both pricey. I was wondering what you all use, if you like it and if you use something from another company could you look at the print most likely on the bottom of the form and give me a number/name of company so I could call for samples?

Thanks so much. I am trying to help the nurse case managers who are already overburdened with redundant paperwork.

It's ONE page. We code drug classification on the side and have the Drug classification sheets with side effects placed in every field chart so nurses can refer to it for SE of meds. EASY as pie to use.

My current agency is using healthcare concepts, I do not think it is easy to use at all, and don't like it. Other agency uses a fill in the blank type form w a sheet like Karen describes attached. I saw one once that was really nice, it carbon-copied a med schedule for the pt. But I don't have a sample of it anymore. wish I could be more helpful. Why not make one of your own design?

Hoolahan I will most likely do my own but yesterday a 10 page plan of correction landed on my desk and of course it needed to be done today. This survey was of course done before I was working there LOL and I was looking for a quick fix to order so I could fill that in on the POC.

Did you try to fax me a copy of your med profile? Our company is still looking at some and I would like to see yours if you are still willling to share?

I thought about the health care concepts for our med profiles, but if there are other alternatives I sure wouyld like to check them out.

Finally after weeks of asking our company let me order the Health Care Concepts one so I am happy as a clam.
