Hi everyone,
I received an interview for the MD Anderson Clinical Nurse Residency Program starting hopefully mid-March. I'm incredibly nervous because this is my first call back.
Anybody have any tips on... How the interviews are conducted? How many are interviewed? What units at the hospital are available to work in? And did anybody else get an interview?
Thanks!
Your first interview a phone or in person?
In person..I was told they no longer do phone screens. They set up an actual HR interview & then if the recruiter feels you will be a good candidate they will set you up with a panel interview. I just happened to get get asked to set up a 2nd interview the same day but I know someone else who interviewed before me & HR called her a few days after her 1st interview to set up the 2nd interview
weird, I had a phone screen interview last Friday, but I'm out of state so maybe they do it differently. was hoping to hear back by now, guess I'll call them again.anyone else apply from out of state?
I'm sure they do have a different process for the out of towners. I was told if you are local they will set up the HR interview first. I would definitely call them to see if you can find out anything. Good luck to you. My next part in this process happens Monday & whatever information I receive I will gladly post

I'm also applying from out of state and I haven't heard anything from them. I've tried calling but still no word. I was told during my phone interview that I would hear from them by now. I'm still trying to to keep my hopes up! But good luck to all!
