MD Anderson nursing residency

I received an invitation to take online assessment for MD Anderson clinical nurse position. I took the assessment, now trying to find out how long I have to wait before I hear from them. Can anyone please share their experience with me? Thank you

Hi guys! I also had a panel interview with Md Anderson last week (11/11) and haven't heard anything back yet. I was wondering if you guys were notified yet. I'm very anxious to find out. My heart stops every time my phone rings or I get a new email!

I called HR on friday and the lady said that we should start hearing back from them either the beginning of this week before thanksgiving break or next week. So if any of you hear back please let us know because I, too, am anxious to hear back!

Congrats on getting a position!! Do you know how many people they are going to hire for the residency?

Thank you! When I had my HR interview I was told they were looking to hire around 80 new grads for the residency. I suppose they are hiring quite a bit more in preparation for the beginning of the year.

I was offered days on the Head/neck/breast unit.

That's a lot, wonder how many people they interviewed for the panels? Still have not heard back yet but hoping that I get a call soon.

During my panel interview I was told they were interviewing 120 people and didn't have a set number they were looking to hire. She just told me they will hire the ones that stood out. So hopefully we all impressed them! I also haven't heard anything back yet hopefully soon.

Hello!

I just received a call today extending an offer for days on the mixed hematology unit!!! HR is calling me back on Friday so that I can ask her questions. If anyone has any questions about the hospital or whatnot that they want me to ask just let me know!

Also, if anyone has anymore info on mixed hematology that would be awesome.
