Mayo New Grad Residency Feb 2018

Haven't found a thread for 2018, so I thought I would start one. Anyone else apply to the residency at mayo hospital?

Yes, Critical Care has been done to my knowledge. They both were for Med-Surg.

Anyone receive a background check email?? I stalked the other threads and I think they went out this week of December last year. I'm so anxious because I have another job offer that's waiting for me to respond.

I think if we receive a background check email it's going to be towards the end of this week or beginning of next week.

Just saying, but the wait is killing me. UGH! I just want to know already so I can quit thinking about it every 5 minutes. LOL. I'm sure others are feeling the same.

I am also very anxious. I have a job offer that I've kept on hold for a few days now and I don't know how much longer they will hold it for me! AGHHH come on Mayo!!! Anyone received any emails? backgrounds checks? anything???

I received a survey to fill out on my experience with the Mayo application/hiring process. So, not the email Inwas hoping for but Mayo sending me something was enough to make my heart race. Haha. Good luck everyone.

When did you receive this? And does it state you're no longer being considered? Best of luck to you!

I received it on Monday and gives no indication either way. It actually gives instructions on how to fill it out if you do get a offered a position and if you don't. So, I don't think it's an indication ether way.
