Did anyone apply for this summer externship? I saw a lot of previous threads but none from this year! How do people think the application went?! I'm anxiously waiting!

Is it safe to say that since my job status has not changed out of "Application in Review" - that I probably won't get an offer?? :/

"she said nobody's status should have changed to interview. You should really wait until letters come out because they are still in the process and if your status still says "application in review" it does not mean anything."

That's what was indicated from the people who called last week. It's killing me, too. We're having a terrible (for the South) snowstorm right now. My power is almost definitely going to go out sometime later tonight, and then I'll have no way to find out until at least Sunday or Monday.

Oh my goodness, so many "due dates" that have been pushed back . . . I'd almost prefer that they tell us they'll have the final decisions out by March 1st, and then surprise us early. My heart can't take much more. :) It'd be much easier if I could just logic myself out of believing I have a shot, =P but hope. It won't go away. Rawr.
