Hey everyone, I was just creating this thread to see if anyone has applied to or been accepted to a position at Mayo Clinic in Rochester?! I haven't seen a thread for Rochester specifically so I wanted to make one for those who may or already have been hired in order to network!

Hey!! Congrats on the interview!
tips I’d give are know how to answer behavioral questions in the STARE format (situation, task, action, result, evaluation). Or a format similar to that, it makes your answers well organized. I’d definitly have a solid list of experiences from clinical and work to pull from for both positive and negative experiences, and if negative, be able to answer how it was learning experience and how it made you better and what you differently now as a result. I had a few NCLEX style questions: they gave me a list of patients and asked which I’d prioritize and why, as well as a few delegation questions. Don’t freak out, if you’ve been studying for NCLEX (like I’d imagine you have been) you’ll be fine LOL. Have some questions to ask them as well, and be personable, they’re interested or they wouldn’t have given you an interview, not it’s just time to sell them in yourself. Good luck!!

Yea- I think it depends on how far away you are. I’m from Illinois, so I’d imagine the farther you are, the more you qualify for
