Hello. My name is Melissa and I am taking my gen ed's for my Excelsior ASN degree. I need to take a math or algebra and I have been out of school for a little and need to know what course I can take that would be the easiest to satisfy this credit? Any suggestions would be much appreciated, Thanks:)

This is what I've heard from some of my classmates. I have no experience with it whatsoever. I took College Algebra through Chamberlain/DeVry. Check with your advisor for an approved list of options. Good luck!

Did you do this recently? How long did it take you to get it done?

Hello,
I did the ALEKS Math. I did Beginning Algebra. Caution, though... if you plan to advance your degree to BSN or MSN, it may not be accepted. I believe the College Algebra would be, however. Here is the link to the ACE-accredited ALEKS courses: (I did mine in 2012 and completed it in a week... 32-36 hours worth of work.) Also be aware of the 7 credit ACE limit for EC...
