Im starting this fall at Simmons! How are clinicals? Did you find Orgo useful?

I also applied to Simmons for DE Fall 2009. Any idea when we should be hearing back from them?

The clinicals are challenging and rewarding...they are all over the city for the most part, depending on the clinical. I took biochem the summer before the program started at Simmons. It was really helpful and taught by a professor that teaches in the 1st fall semester.

I heard back around Christmas when I applied, but that may have changed in the past couple years. I would call them.

For the direct entry program, the application deadline wasn't until Feb. 1st. I was told we would not hear back until late March or April.

I applied to Simmons as my safety school in the last minute. I really hope they get back to us soon.

I am actually transfering to Simmons as a sophmore this fall. I was accepted thru the Dix Scholar Program.

So far, I completed all my pre-reqs. I want to get organic chem out the way before I start.

I want to ask for the those of you attending, how is the program to you?

Do you mean Organic chem I and II when you say biochem?

I am trying to take this course at another school before i start the program and I am not sure if the courses I'll be taking will be equivalent.

Has anyone heard from Simmons yet? I saw on a nother thread that someone said they got in, but when I called a few weeks ago they said we wouldnt hear until April. Thanks.
