I think it will pick up once they start accepting applications. I'm waiting for two classes to post grades as well (patho and Microbiology), so I'm probably going to submit my application in the middle of may.
What's your score?

I had to repeat a few classes, and from what I understand, ASU only accepts up to two repeat classes. I’m also retaking the HESI on the 24th. Cutting it close, but I’m hoping to be accepted MCC/ASU. As of now, I’m guessing my points are around 81.
Hey, I recently contacted an ASU nursing advisor and was told that as of March 2021, ASU allows unlimited repeats for CEP prerequisite courses??

I’m still waiting for this semesters grades and my degree to be posted to my transcript. Should I have anything to worry about with submitting a near deadline application?
I wouldn’t be concerned. I’m not submitting my app until my final grades are posted. We have until the 7th to submit applications and then advisors make their choices the end of June. It is cutting it close though! Hopefully professors will get those final grades posted ASAP.
Hey yall! Hope to meet some of you soon.
School: completely undecided -_-... can't figure out work schedule with school schedules. Will do either PVCC or MCC PM / ASU
GPA : 4.0
HESI overall Score: 97
English Score : 96%
Math Score : 100%
Additional Points: 5 for previous bachelors
Total points: 93.6 ( I think??)
Waiting for my last 2 grades to be entered so I can apply! if anyone has input on any schedules for the colleges please let me know! I need to figure out how early I'd get done with the day program vs what time I'd start the PM. I'm playing schedule tetris! haha
Good luck to everyone!

Great scores! You are a shoo-in!
I also wish they had a better breakdown of the class schedule. It would be super helpful with planning! Don't they know we have lives?!
Anyway, I'm not 100% sure what the schedule is, but from what I've heard from my advisor and the CNA teacher is that dayside is usually like 2x a week 8/9am-4pm (lab and lecture), then clinical is during the week (or whatever day they can get). Nightside starts at 5 or 5:30p till 9p with clinicals and lab on Fridays or weekends. Clinicals are 12 hour days too, usually 6am-6pm.
Also, you say you want to do Mesa PM, but I think they only have dayside and afternoon options. So afternoon would probably start at noon-ish. I think Glendale and Gateway are the only ones with weekend/evening options.
Hope that helps a bit! I would recommend reaching out to a nursing advisor or a nursing teacher from the school you're trying to attend and maybe they can give you more info.

Thank you!! Yeah, basically in the next week or so I need to have some serious concersations and figure out which of my 2 jobs I will continue at and which I give up. If I keep job A, I'll for sure do the mesa PM (afternoon) because I have super late nights at that job and waking up in the morning is impossible. If I go full time at job B, I need to be done by 3-4pm so that I can get to work around 5pm. So much to think about!!
