Hello everyone! Just wondering how many of you are applying to the CEP program this coming December 2020?  I couldn't find a post for the upcoming Maricopa CEP application period so I figured I'd start a post to see who will be applying and if you would like to share your score and schools of choice.

I will be applying to Grand Canyon University with:

First choice: Glendale Community College (weekend cohort)

Second Choice: Estrella Mountain Community College

HESI A2 scores:

Englist - 95.33%

Math - 98%

GPA: 3.84

No prior degree

Overall points: 86.47

Hey everyone! If you were accepted to Phoenix College’s nursing program for the fall 2021, I made a group for us to share information with eachother throughout the program! Here’s the link —>    https://www.facebook.com/groups/458058695339658/

It’s called Phoenix College CEP Nursing - Fall Intake 2021

Those who were accepted in nau - I talked to the program coordinator and the campus to select is online ?

Still waiting from GCC ? EMCC is my 2nd and I didn’t received anything from them.  Someone on facebook said that she emailed GCC nursing and they said their acceptance letter might not be going out until the end of the week.

Same here girl, 1st choice GCC, 2nd EMCC, 3rd PC, literally crossing my fingers for GCC?

You guys, I literally woke up last night 4 times and checked my email each of those times ??‍♀️? my kids keep asking me- did you get it yet? Agh! Waiting on NAU with GCC first choice. The practicing paitence struggle is real!

Hey guys, anyone on here a second-degree student and know if we still qualify for some type of Federal aid?

I am and it depends. I know I am because I funded half of my first degree so I havn't reached the federal limit yet. I'd research the federal limit and find out how much of the aid you've already used.

Okay good to know. Thank you!

Alright, just a quick update, I reached out to the respective contact person of PC, and now I'm officially PC/NAU** instead of PC/ASU as stated earlier. I wouldn't mind ASU but NAU was cheaper so there's that.

P.S. PC was my second choice, GCC was my first, so it's kind of strange that no one hear anything from GCC yet LOL.

I think I got in with 80 something points but I have no standing pre and co-requisites for NAU (which is alot more compare to other schools).

For those who haven't hear anything, keep being positive! Just remember, the acceptance will be mailed through the weeks ?

Finally!!  GCC acceptance letter came! ?

GCC/GCU - Traditional 1!

They corrected mine too. I’m assuming they were busy and made a few mistakes.

Congratulations to everyone as letters continue to go out!

I also want to share that this was my second time applying and I got in. Do not feel discouraged if you have to apply more than once. I beat myself up about it for awhile and then I worked on improving my application.

also, it kinda worked out. I feel like we have a better shot at having clinical in person vs online which was a cause of concern for me personally.
